Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. For discretion, the return address will appear as “Shipping Department.” Packing slips are generic and contain no pricing.
Order Fulfillment Time
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is completed.
• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, your location, and external factors such as Customs delays.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We partner with USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
• UPS & FedEx shipments are trackable and insured. If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll issue a replacement or refund and file a claim with the carrier.
• USPS & DHL shipments are not insured. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of packages shipped via USPS (including APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses).
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a carrier confirms delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME!!!
Shipping Costs
• Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• If your order ships from multiple warehouses, you’ll only pay the single shipping charge quoted at checkout. We cover any additional costs.
Expedited Shipping
• Overnight and Second Day Shipping is available within the U.S.
• Orders placed before 12 PM ET (Mon–Fri) usually ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM ET ship the next business day.
• Weekend orders ship the following Monday (or next business day).
• Please note while we trust our carriers, delivery times are not guaranteed if carriers experience delays.
Backorders
• Most items are in stock for immediate shipment.
• Occasionally, items may require 3–5 business days to ship. Availability is always displayed on the product page.
Shipping Exclusions
We do not ship to prisons, schools, or churches. If your address is flagged by our system in error, please contact us.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, missing apartment number, no one available to receive delivery):
• We’ll notify you by email.
• If the issue was caused by our error or the carrier’s, we’ll replace or refund your order.
• If the issue was due to incorrect information provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
