Returns and refund policy

Because of the personal and intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene.

All Sales Final
• All sales are final. Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resaleable.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product we sell.
• Consumer preference or satisfaction is not considered a valid reason for return or credit.

Defective Products
• If you believe your item is defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. T
o start a return, you can contact us at xkromperroom@gmail.com.
• Please include clear photos of the issue so we can verify the defect.
• Once confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement of the same item at no cost.
• You do not need to return the defective item — please discard it safely.
• If a return is requested, we’ll provide a prepaid label. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue credit for the product, shipping, and any applicable processing fees.

Incorrect Item Shipped
• If we ship you the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
• We will ship the correct item at no cost.
• Before sending anything back, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our Customer Care team.
• Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
• If a return is requested, we’ll provide a prepaid label. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue credit for the product, shipping, and any applicable processing fees.

Incorrect Product Ordered / Change of Mind
• To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on toys, intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, or massagers), or any personal care items.
• All sales are final once shipped. Unopened items are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.

Unauthorized Returns
• Items returned without prior authorization or outside the approved process will be discarded.
• No refund or credit will be issued.
• Please contact us before sending anything back.


💳 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued in cases of verified defective products or incorrect shipments.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection or verification.
• Store credit may be offered in certain cases and will expire after 1 year of no purchase activity.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
• If a return is requested and approved, we’ll issue credit for the product, shipping, and any applicable processing fees once the item is received and inspected.
• Unauthorized returns will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.
• If your package shows visible damage from shipping, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’ll assist you in filing a replacement claim once the carrier confirms liability.
• Returned orders due to incomplete or non-deliverable addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

* Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at xkromperroom@gmail.com.e.

 


Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
• Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• If you refuse delivery of a package your account will be billed for the order.
